John Lairsen is one of Central Texas’s leading luxury residential real estate brokers. He was born and raised in Texas and has lived in Austin for more than twenty years. Shortly after enrolling at The University of Texas, John made his first local real estate investment in Austin, setting into motion a career that has spanned an incredible evolution of Capitol City’s market.

After graduating from UT with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in real estate, John formed Travis Real Estate, a boutique brokerage firm with the simple goal of providing service that exceeds clients’ expectations. In the succeeding years, he built a reputation for providing unparalleled service, and created a strong bond of trust and loyalty with his “clients for life.”

John works with several local builders, helping them with land acquisition and new product development. His in-depth knowledge of active listings and private, as-yet unlisted offerings is invaluable to clients with a special property niche in mind.
